Rang and booked in a job on thursday 2/2 to be done on a satturday 9am 4/2 and tyres weren't there. Tyre supplier Blairs was closed (but should be open). I had to take kids to swimming lesson at 10am so left a number to call. I did a quick errand and then went passed Blairs which was now open. I didn't receive a call and i went back to the beaurepaires shop and told them. Got the tyres on adn was a bit late to swimming.

Had a budget but still tried to up sell to more exspensive tyre
